MTV EMA 2010 Winners : Justin Bieber & Lady GaGa Top List – This year’s Europe MTV Music Awards saw Lady GaGa dominating the list of winners of the event. GaGa was nominated for five awards and won three, whereas Bieber won two awards. First on GaGa’s hit list was Best Pop Act. Unfortunately, the star was unable to attend the awards as she was on her Monster Ball tour. Her next award was for Best Female Act. Finally, she received the award for Best Song with her massive hit Bad Romance. This was a surprise win as there were some great songs nominated including tracks from Eminem and Usher.
Justin Bieber was unable to accept his award as he was positing live commentary as a digital host. However, his first award was for Best Male. This was a huge triumph as he was up against acts like Eminem, Enrique, Kanye West and Usher. He also won Best Push Act over some massive names. Of course, this is a huge achievement as the Canadian pop star is only sixteen years old.
There were some massive performances from some of the industries finest. Rihanna performed her hit new single ‘Only Girl’. As well as this there were performances from Bon Jovi, Plan B, Ke$ha, and many, many more.
